About Reen
Reen fell into the vinyl world while hunting a signed Taylor Swift CD for her sister-in-law. She felt that same spark we all did the first time we held physical media, and from then on, she was hooked. Fast-forward a year and Reen’s sitting on an extensive stack of great pressings, a decked-out listening room, and a deep network of fellow collectors.
Reen represents all that is wonderful about the online vinyl community – open conversation, sharing what she learns, and helping others enjoy it together. Balancing full-time work and motherhood, she’s found in this hobby a way to reclaim a piece of herself, and she pays it forward every chance she gets.

Why I Collect & Share
For me, collecting vinyl isn’t just about owning records—it’s about keeping music history alive in its physical form. Every pressing, from a rare test to a special edition, tells a story. When I post, I’m not just showing a record; I’m sharing its backstory, its artwork, its unique sound, and the craft that went into making it. It’s my way of making sure those details aren’t forgotten and giving others a chance to experience them too.
I love the vinyl community and what it represents—people coming together over music, sharing knowledge, and celebrating the format in their own ways. Posting on TikTok and Instagram lets me connect with others who feel the same. Whether you’re a longtime collector or someone just getting curious, I want my page to feel like a space where we can celebrate, learn, and geek out together. Collecting can be personal, but sharing it makes it communal.
I also share because I want to spark curiosity. Maybe someone sees a record I post and checks out an artist they’ve never heard before. Over time, I’ve learned how to properly care for vinyl—from cleaning to storing and protecting it—and I like passing that knowledge on.
I’ve also learned so much from other collectors: where to watch for new releases, how to stay alerted through Discord groups, Reddit threads, or apps, and even where to find great vinyl deals on Whatnot. I want to be that same resource for others. Being not just a collector but a curator—and maybe even a guide—is one of the best rewards.
In the end, I post because vinyl is more than just music to me—it’s art, culture, and experience. Sharing that lets me connect with others who feel the same, and maybe even inspire new people to appreciate the format the way I do.

Setup Breakdown
Reen’s setup is echoes audiophile confidence. The AT-LP3XBT punches way above entry at a sane price and the powered Klipsch speakers are a classic match for Audio-Technica tables. On proper stands, the speakers are decoupled from the cabinet, cutting vibrations that would reach the turntable and tightening up the sound.
The display cabinet is the crown jewel: a storage unit that was customized with reinforced shelving to prevent sag-smart, simple, and built to grow. Add the slot record holders and subtle strip lights, and the whole whole thing pops without trying.
